The spicy stir-fried pumpkin recipe is my first pumpkin preparation at home. I usually make cream soup or clear vegetables, so this spicy stir-fried pumpkin is the first time I have prepared at home. I found this recipe on my friend's social media, she shared this recipe yesterday and I think it's very unique. And this dish was the first time I saw from him, without thinking long yesterday when I went to the market when I saw a young yellow pumpkin cut into pieces in a pile of vegetables. I chose the big one and it was very cheap in my opinion.

And so it is to process pumpkin into a dish that is simple and of course has a very distinctive taste. Well the spicy taste of various chili ingredients combined, in addition to making the color interesting also gives a very different taste from what I usually process. Ingredients Used

100 grams yellow pumpkin
1 spring onion stem
1 tomato
2 red chili peppers
1 green chili
3 cloves shallots
1 clove of garlic
5 cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt




Cooking Procedure


Step 1


Peel the thick skin of the pumpkin until clean, then cut it into several pieces of pumpkin pieces.

Step 2


Prepare the mashed spices, namely shallots, garlic, tomatoes, red chilies, cayenne peppers and green chilies cut roughly only.

Then blend coarsely with enough water, or you can also do without water.

Step 4


Saute the chili with a little cooking oil, here I use 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Then add cut spring onion stalks into the seasoning and stir until evenly distributed.

Season with salt, then add the pumpkin, a little hot water.
