Spicy snacks with a crunchy texture always give us a different sensation when you will enjoy them. Moreover, the snack is served when relaxing, it will definitely be a favorite of all circles.

Today I'm going to show you one of the recipes for potato snacks. This snack is inspired by the potato snacks I usually enjoy at the store. However, as we know the snacks sold in the store must be made in large quantities and the ingredients are not necessarily healthy and good for your health. Therefore, I took the initiative to process chips made from potatoes with a perfect spicy and savory taste.

Baked Potato Chips

These potato chips are processed boiled potatoes that are mashed then seasoned with several ingredients. Well here the taste that wants to be highlighted in the taste of chips is spicy, so chili powder is a very necessary ingredient. But if you don't like spicy you can skip the chili powder. It is enough just to use pieces of seaweed to increase the savory taste and different aromas.

Of course, chips are synonymous with crispy texture and thin chips. I use the baking technique in roasted these chips, so it is very safe for those of you who want to consume them while on a diet. Instead of you being curious, I will invite you to prepare the ingredients. As well as following step by step in the procedure of making. Check it out!!!.

Result

Tara!!!

20240611_142830.jpg

Chips are ready to be served and enjoyed, but the results are not all good some chips are cracked, but still some are good I don't know for sure why chips can crack I think this might happen because I pressed the chips too thin. Maybe for those of you who want to make it try with more thickness so that the results are maximized.

The taste itself is very good, spicy savory perfect. The salty is very fitting especially the spicy is really crazy I really like it. If you are a spicy lover, maybe this is the right choice for you to enjoy. One more thing for those of you who like to snack on crispy chips, this is the right choice.
