Epilog
With the past brawl a second time I missed the moment to remove @chidorine for not being able to brawl as a freeloader. So they did. @chidorine, I hope you appreciate that and still catch up for not being a freeloader anymore. You must have been overworked for not reading the about page. That's why #FHREE exists in the first place. So I still hope you like what you'll find. There will always be an open spot. But there is no way of me doing your part or putting it up to the rest of our crowd.
Unfortunately @chidorine, even though we chatted in our Peakd-BeeChat, did not understand until today that neither FHREE nor OPEN means FREE. I wonder whether we soon will have a grateful arrival again with those finding into our guild. Still lots of accounts show up just for staying numb and dumb. Again, that's why #FHREE exists in the first place.
We don't expect much. So I added a third time to our about page what everyone can see before joining: "BEFORE YOU JOIN read all announcements." That now is even visible in the profile screenshot here below.
I once again want to stress the utility of declaring your favorite, and recent details about it are in a former report. By declaring it in the chat, everyone will be able to perceive this as an activity within the guild. My role here is not to be a coach who anticipates or assigns favorites. My role is DAO management. Declare, you're independent!
With this 123rd brawl we had a Fray 1 with no teams sent. 5 wins out of those 8 losses from Fray 1 would have meant a 4th place. I think I will go for the idea to refuse self-assignment within the first 24 hours for those accounts who's owners showed to be reliable unreliable. Thank you for the idea, @zeeshannaqvi72! I'm just not sure how to enforce it without hovering over my laptop.
Congratulations to @zeeshannaqvi7th for outpacing @xcryptogamer in our guild score table. There is a lot of movement at the entrance and exit at the moment, many passive, and even passive that brawl. The small contributions also keep the field together in the lower half of the table, which makes the management and documentation that I do so habitually very laborious. But I love it! So on we go! I'll not mess with arrivals that ignore the invitation to first read this text here, other but inviting them to come back and notice. So those who arrive will only be in the table after a first contribution. That's why we have more open spots in the table then are open actually, because those arrivals may keep using the revolving door. That's the way it is.
Please continue focus your contributions primarily to the Arena and secondarily to the Store. This prioritization is additionally always updated and mentioned in our About section to be easily found, in case it changes.

If you are new to this
Become familiar with the member management, please. Because the guild spots are precious, the last in our list will be removed regularly. That is part of our procedure as noted in the addendum linked at the bottom. And if you don't acknowledge all this within the first 2 hours after you joined, you may be removed without notice right away. How can we know? Well, you'll see! And any questions are welcome anytime!
Please understand, it is not on me to show comprehension. I'll do the best I can! Though this guild is somewhat managed like a DAO. That is Decentral Autonomous Organisation. So I simply follow the procedures that have evolved here by now. And for when you become passive and no one can reach out to you in time, ugly things can happen. As documented in past notes. If you want to join and stay, we can make that happen even with presently no open spot available. We may schedule it for that you can be there the moment our weakest contributor is removed. Sounds familiar somehow? Like with a mob abandoning their weakest offspring to survive a predator attack. Your contribution needs to be enough for not being the weakest. Everyone who got removed is welcome any time again. It's just that contributions from earlier are at zero any time an account re-joines.
What we expect from any enduring member, in a nutshell:
Priority A: Some contribution within the last 3 brawls. Without at least 1 DEC even a quest scroll will make this, if the Lodge is not maxed out for the rest of a season.
Priority B: Be not the weakest contributor in our mob the moment an auction ends. This moment is when a new brawl starts. The second to last score in the list is bold highlighted. That is the tide you need to take in DEC without scrolls added to the lodge yet for outpacing that account.
