Statistic for the 93rd brawl from July 3 to 9.
At the 112th brawl we had repeatedly achieved a third place. However, we also had repeated plenty of not sent teams, like last time at the 110th brawl (mentioned together with the statistics of the 90th brawl below). Still, achieving a third place was certainly due to the fact that, after all, a bronze fray was not left without teams again.
I understand if teams are not submitted to the Gold Foil or Gold League Fray. After all, there are Merits to be acquired there, even without winning. But are there really Merits without submitting teams? Because if you don't send in teams, you increase our number of losses without the prospect of winning and make it impossible to beat another guild's place if we have the same number of points in a direct comparison.
But let's put that aside for a moment. The promising frays are the important ones. And so that we don't experience missed opportunities there when someone forgets to send teams, it would be good to be in better contact.
Why I don't start a Discord server myself, and why Facebook is out of question, I have explained extensively together with the statistics of the 90th brawl. To what extent Hive is suitable for it and what I miss for a better assessment on the part of Splinterlands, I have then discussed with the statistics of the 91st brawl. However, making a benefit of Hive a requirement to stay in the guild seems too drastic a step to me, given the lack of any feedback on it so far.
As much as I would like to see Hive used more, again so that each of you can get more Hive Rewards and trade them into DEC, I don't like enforcing it. Also, enforcing it would go against #FHREE. So it needs incentives. But what incentives lure you out of your shell to be active here?
However, this completely does not solve the challenge of being able to remind each other before the end of a brawl if there are still battles open. Instead of starting a separate Discord server with the name of the guild (which I still leave up to everyone), I want to add another column to my notes where we can note how everyone can best be reached. I'm calling the column DBHF for reachable via Discord, BeeChat (Peakd), Hive, Family/Fellow Guild Member. I'm already looking forward to seeing how the table fills up in the near future. If a lot of Hive users show up over time, I'll rethink incentives via Hive. Until then, my offer to collaborate on posts is still valid. I will continue to mention this in the Member Management Notes as a reminder.

Statistik für die 93. Rauferei vom 3. bis 9. Juli.
Bei der 112. Rauferei hatten wir wiederholt einen dritten Platz erziehlt. Wir hatten jedoch auch wiederholt reichlich nicht gesendete Teams, wie zuletzt bei der 110. Rauferei (erwähnt zusammen mit der Statistik der 90. Rauferei weiter unten). Dennoch einen dritten Platz zu erziehlen, lag sicherlich daran, dass immerhin nicht erneut ein Bronze-Fray ohne Teams geblieben ist.
Ich verstehe ja, wenn in den Gold-Foil- oder dem Gold-Liga-Fray keine Teams eingesendet werden. Immerhin gibt es dort Merits abzugreifen, auch ohne zu gewinnen. Doch gibt es die tatsächlich auch, ohne Teams einzusenden? Denn wer keine Teams einsendet, erhöht ohne Aussicht auf Gewinn unsere Anzahl an Niederlagen und macht es unmöglich, bei gleicher Punktezahl im direkten Vergleich mit einer anderen Guilde, deren Platzierung zu übertreffen.
Doch schieben wir das mal beiseite. Die aussichtsreichen Frays sind die wichtigen. Und damit wir dort keine verpassten Gelegenheiten erleben, wenn jemand vergisst, Teams zu senden, wäre es gut, besser in Kontakt zu sein.
Warum ich selbst keinen Discord-Server starte, und warum auch Facebook nicht in Frage kommt, habe ich ausgiebig zusammen mit der Statistik der 90. Rauferei ausgeführt. Inwiefern Hive dazu geeignet ist und was mir zur besseren Auswertung seitens Splinterlands fehlt, hatt ich dann mit der Statistik der 91. Rauferei erörtert. Ein Nutzen von Hive jedoch zur Voraussetzungen zu machen, in der Gilde zu bleiben, erscheint mir ein zu drastischer Schritt, nachdem bisher jegliche Rückmeldung dazu ausblieb.
So sehr ich mir wünsche, dass Hive mehr genutzt wird, auch damit jeder von euch mehr Hive Rewards bekommt und diese in DEC tauschen kann, ich mag es nicht erzwingen. Auch würde ein Erzwingen #FHREE zuwiderlaufen. Es braucht also Anreize. Doch welche Anreize locken Dich aus Deiner Reserve, um hier aktiv zu werden?
Vollständig nicht gelöst ist damit jedoch die Herausforderung, einander vor Ende einer Rauferei erinnern zu können, sollten noch Kämpfe offen sein. Statt einen eigenen Discord Server mit dem Namen der Guilde zu starten (was ich weiterhin jedem selbst überlassen will), will ich meine Notizen um eine weitere Spalte erweitern, in der wir vermerken können, wie jeder am besten erreichbar ist. Ich nenne die Spalte DBHF für erreichbar über Discord, BeeChat (Peakd), Hive, Family/Fellow Guild Member. Ich bin bereits gespannt, inwiefern sich die Tabelle in nächster Zeit füllt. Sollten sich mit der Zeit viele Hive-Nutzer auftun, denke ich neu über Anreize per Hive nach. Bis dahin gilt weiterhin mein Angebot, bei Beiträgen zu kollaborieren. Ich werde das zur Erinnerung in den Member Management Notes weiterhin erwähnen.
