A couple of weeks ago, when I stopped in the large parking lot across the first houses of the town called Vodnjan to buy some stuff in the nearby bakery ...
... my attention got caught by a line of cars parked in front of me. The rain that fell the night before was still present in form of large, shallow puddles inside which an interesting parallel world was created. This opening photograph was turned upside down because the illusion looks much better that way.
In this upside-down shot, it looks a bit like the car was parked on some elevated platform.
The back of this car looks like the face of some mechanical monster ... well, to me, at least.
From this ordinary angle, the cars look just like ordinary cars in an ordinary place that I visited so many times.
