My 10 Minutes Twice daily ligament and muscle stretching exercise.


Hello guys and good day to all. I hope everyone is healthy and doing just fine.

Today, I am just sharing and showing you my basic daily exercise.

I wake up mostly around 6am and sometimes 5:30am. Then I do these stretching and muscle exercise to atleast help my self get fit and my muscles and ligaments to be flexible or stretch and not stiff.

Again this is my daily exercise routine and It depends on you if this is also better for you or not. Because each one of us has different health condition. I am not a professional health or fitness trainer. I am just sharing with you my daily exercise routine for my own health.

I guess this exercise will last for 10mins. but since I am regularly doing this twice a day. In the morning when I wake up and in the late afternoon or evening when I get home from work. But sometimes it will last me for maximum 30mins of exercise. then I go out for work around 7:30 or 7:45am.

I am alwasy inspired of doing this since it makes me feel happy when I am doing this exercises and I don't get bored of doing this. Also all the benefits will go back for myself and my health.
