La esencia de mi país, no puede explicarse, en pocas palabras así que me traslade a mi llano querido para mostrarle un pedacito de mi corazón, la razón que a pesar del calor, me hacen viajar una y otra vez tan solo para recordar mis raíces, así que me monte en el carro de nuestro amigo Carlos mejor conocido desde mi Infancia como Poly.
Los más hermosos recuerdos de mi vida, están asentados en el llano, me recuerdo que mis vacaciones eran en diversos fundos, el clima solo era calmados por los ríos, los cuales nos permitían refrescarnos.
Sin duda alguna, no existe sacrificio en un viaje para mí Maravilloso estado Apure, no me importa si el transporte tiene aire acondicionado, el tamaño o el espacio, pero el tan solo hecho de permitirme ver esa hermosa sonrisa de madre, dándome la bienvenida, con esos ojos de felicidad, mi papá se permitió compartir grandes momentos conmigo pues ambos sabían que solo serían por unos pocos días.
Este breve, inesperado y muy sorpresivo viaje surgió por el reencuentro con un amigo que frecuentemente viaja de Valencia hacia San Fernando, porque transporta quesos semanalmente, así que de seguro serán muchos los viajes que estaremos haciendo juntos.
Con grandes cavas en un camioneta, me doy la oportunidad de volver a encontrarme con mi familia, pero también de respirar el olor a llano, que no se cómo describir, siempre he dicho que para nosotros los Apureños o al menos a mí lo único que compite con la cachapa, es el queso.
La leche de vaca, también puede aclarar ese café recio, pero la mejor manera de obtenerlo es en la madrugada a la hora de ordeno, me recuerdo que en nuestras niñez, los más pequeños que se levantan temprano el ordenador nos premiaba exprimiendo un poco de leche espumosa en la taza que llevarás, yo soy conocido con una gran dormilona pero mi pasión con el café con leche me hace vencer barreras a través del tiempo.
Mi recuerdos en esta hermosa tierra que me vio nacer varían desde una atardecer, hasta la más variada fauna, sus caballos, garzas, vacas, toros, búfalos, es tanta que miren este hermoso ejemplar perruno, que aunque por tamaño intimida, me mostró su parte más tierna.
Cuando usted se da el tiempo de desarrollar un amor por un lugar, usted lo disfrutar de una manera tan particular que simplemente le sonríe a las oportunidades de recordar momentos especiales.
Es que yo soy tan criolla que mi propia abuela le atendió el parto a mi mamá, tengo que reconocer que está tierra me ha visto llorar pero tambien me ha visto crecer, desarrollarme, ser feliz y cada uno de esos recuerdos se atesoran en mi corazón, pero esto es nunca va parar porque mientras haya vida, estaremos acumulando recuerdos.
En este viaje pude ver qué mi amigo no transporta queso del que yo acostumbro a ver, el cual llaman llanero, sino que son mucho más trabajados, se llaman quesos madurados,, cómo queso Mozarella, Amarillo, de mano, entre otro, pero para mí es un privilegio ver cómo los elaboran, empaquetan, almacenan y transportan a las grandes ciudades.
Recuerdos seguiré teniendo de mi tierra, porque una y otra vez iré, porque este sentimiento de amor se cultivo a través del tiempo, y ver cómo personas apureñas invierten en nuestro país, buscan el progreso trabajan por ello, me hace pensar que oportunidades así vale la pena promocionar.
Además que aspiro uno y otra vez conseguir acompañarlo en sus aventuras de sus viajes y así visitar a mis padres.
No debe ser fail abrirse camino con inovación en el llano, pues acostumbramos a un tipo de queso llamado llanero, pero estamos en un tiempo de evolucionar.

Es así como relato los recuerdos de mi vida que aún hoy siguen acumulándose, mi llano, es demasiado hermoso y me gusta compartir que significa para mí.
Además que salí premiada, porque me dieron un pequeño regalo de un queso recién hecho de mozarella, el cual estaba aún calientito.
Les cuento que es genial, el sabor, y es que ahora cada trocito de queso hará transportar mis pensamientos a esa tierra que llamo Apure, la cual me ha llenado de grandes recuerdos.
Pero en la actualidad me abriré a Valencia, mi nuevo hogar, el cual estaré dispuesto albergar muchos recuerdos nuevos, porque es una nueva etapa en mi vida.
Equipar nuestro vehículo, nos permitirá ir en esos caminos polvorientos del llano, espero se sumen a esta iniciativa, dónde resaltemos recuerdos positivo de algún lugar especial.
