$1 tip to keep hands warm & dry in snow & cold weather.

Fellow moms, how many times has your child went outside in the snow to make a snowman & 5 minutes later they come back in the house because their hands are wet & freezing from their gloves? Or how many times have YOU experienced cold hands while wearing gloves? I wanted to share a tip that I tried to help my son & I to help keep our hands warm and dry during the cold weather.

Latex vinyl gloves is the answer! You wear them under your gloves and they keep your hands dry and warm! Typical fabric knitted gloves have small holes which allow cold air and water ( wet snow ) to pass through. This is why our hands become cold quickly. If you can shine a flashlight through the gloves, then you will see how little they protect your hands. ( see my picture for reference)

You can purchase these latex gloves pretty cheap. I bought a package of 6 at the Dollar Store in the cleaning supplies aisle. $1 for 3 pairs ( $1.06 to be exact) Also, they are reusable!

This also works great for people on blood thinners, as they tend to be cold more than usual. I now have my Dad wearing these under his gloves too.

Give it a try & let me know what you think ๐Ÿ˜Š
