She was already at the door when her sister called out, “Don’t forget the attachment.”
She checked her bag again. The letter was there, the medical report she was meant to submit at the clinic. Pregnancy had made her tired, but not careless.
“I’ve got it,” she replied and stepped out. She was relieved that she hadn’t left the most important thing behind cause it would be stress dor her to go back and get it.
