Round is a shape that is common and one of the reasons why I love the round shape is that it denotes equality, there is no side bigger or smaller than the others. Everything is equal. This is the reason why I make most of my meetings to be in a round circle, it removes hierarchy. I learnt this strategy from prince Arthur, who talked to his knight with the round table. It encourages all those seated on the table to speak their minds, and be heard irrespective of their rank and file.
