Greetings to all the great community of #AlienArtHive 馃懡 in this opportunity I want to present my illustration of TWISTED JESTER for @splinterlands Art Contest Week 207. This version of this character I decided to make it in a feminine and sensual way, inspired by one of my favorite female characters of DC comics; Harley Quinn, I have taken as a reference some illustrations and poses characteristic of this character and then make a mix between her and TWISTED JESTER from #splinterlands.

Esta versi贸n de este personaje decid铆 hacerla de manera femenina y sensual, inspirada en uno de mis personajes femeninos favoritos de los c贸mics de DC; Harley Quinn, he tomado como referencia algunas ilustraciones y poses caracter铆sticas de este personaje para luego hacer una mezcla entre ella y TWISTED JESTER de #splinterlands.
In the first phase of my illustration these were the materials I used: a sketch pencil, an eraser and a Wacom Bamboo graphic tablet.
En la primera fase de mi ilustraci贸n estos fueron los materiales que utilic茅: un lapiz de boceto, una goma de borrar y un tableta gr谩fica Wacom modelo Bamboo
TWISTED JESTER
This is the character I wanted to illustrate but giving it a personal touch by turning it into a female version and holding her card in her hand.
Este es el personaje que quise ilustrar pero d谩ndole un toque personal al convertirlo en su versi贸n femenina y sosteniendo su carta en la mano.
First I made the hand sketch of the character with the pencil that I use for sketches, it is a very soft pencil to draw and my favorite, the sketch I did very quickly because all the rest of the work would be digital.
Primero hice el boceto a mano del personaje con el lapiz que utilizo para los bocetos, es un lapiz muy suave para dibujar y mi favorito, el boceto lo hice muy rapidamente pues todo el resto del trabajo ser铆a digital.
Once I finished sketching I started painting my character digitally, a process that I enjoy very much because every time I start to make a work I discover new ways of painting or properties of the software that I didn't use to handle or didn't know before.
Al haber terminado de bibujar pas茅 a pintar mi personaje de forma digital proceso que disfruto mucho pues cada vez que comienzo a hacer una obra descubro nuevas formas de pintar o propiedades del software que antes no sol铆a manejar o desconoc铆a.

After adding the color I had to outline all my illustration, this part is a little difficult for me because my tablet is not professional and that's why you can see some inconsistencies in the line.
Luego de agregar el color tuve que delinear toda mi ilustraci贸n, esta parte se me dificulta un poco pues mi tableta no es profesional y por eso se pueden ver ciertas inconsistencias en la linea.
After outlining my entire illustration, I gave it depth by using shadows and highlights, thus preventing the illustration from being flat and giving more richness to the shapes.
Despu茅s de dar contorno a toda mi ilustraci贸n pase a darle profundidad haciendo uso de las sombras y las iluminaciones, as铆 logro evitar que la ilustraci贸n sea plana y le da m谩s riqueza a las formas.
Finally I added the maximum amount of detail and a contrasting outline according to the color palette of the character to finish my illustration by adding an eye-catching background.
Finalmente agregu茅 la maxima cantidad de detalle y un contorno que hiciera contraste de acuerdo a la paleta de colores del personaje para terminar mi ilustraci贸n agragando un fondo llamativo.
