Hello, fellow otaku friends! I hope you’re doing well. I’m continuing to turn some of my sketches into the anime characters I love so much, and today it’s time for a 90s classic: Ranma ½! I decided to take this sketch and add a personal touch using digital drawing techniques. I experimented quite a bit with the color palette and shading to capture the comedic, dynamic essence that defines Rumiko Takahashi’s work, while adapting it to my own artistic style. Redrawing these characters from my childhood always fills me with nostalgia and motivates me to keep improving my technique. I truly hope you enjoy the final result of this illustration. Continúo transformando algunos bocetos en personajes de anime que tanto me gustan, y hoy es el turno de un gran clásico de los noventa: ¡Ranma ½! Decidí tomar este boceto y darle un toque muy personal utilizando técnicas de dibujo digital. Experimenté bastante con la paleta de colores y el sombreado para capturar la esencia cómica y dinámica que tanto caracteriza a la obra de Rumiko Takahashi, pero adaptándola a mi propio estilo artístico. Redibujar a estos personajes de mi infancia siempre me llena de nostalgia y me motiva a seguir mejorando mi técnica.
