A project is incomplete until Client is Satisfied

My #WednesdayWalk by @tattoodjay is a continuation of last Week I post about a colleague's project progress Building is not a one man project

Today I will just post the outcome of it. Engaging in a building project is not an easy thing. One of the most difficult task of it according to my colleague is getting professional personnel from different fields and convincing them to treat their part according to client's request.

  1. The Electrician has to connect the wires buried in walls
  2. The fiber internet provider has to make the fiber cable invincible
  3. The plumber should make sure no pipe is on the surface.

These and more are the different according to client's request or choice.

Sometimes, even after clients have stated their wants and the Architect and mapped out client requests. Some clients still want the builder to adjust to fit their new taste. This might be as a result of thing they have seen on the internet or a spectacular building they came across while driving. Forgetting that everything is a process and to adjust a building to fit your new taste most times is almost impossible and even when possible can be risky.
An instance is when a client wants a storey building and later change to want a three storey building with a penthouse.

I am glad my colleague completed this project and the most important thing was achieved and that is client's satisfaction.
