As my previous post mention that the neutral quest could be harder or easier, so I don't skip neutral quest because at least it is 50/50 winning rate and I just need to have three winning. In general, the winning rate is kind of depending your opponents' lineups and card levels. If your opponents don't upgrade their cards, you may have a fair battle.
