¿Culminó la Primera Iniciativa Interactiva de Séptimo Día, El corto viaje al inconsciente?

Es más, redoblamos nuestros esfuerzos para que hagamos ese pequeño viaje a los recuerdos, emociones y sentimientos que están atrapados allí en nuestro inconsciente y que nos mueven a actuar de determinada manera, pero que no conocemos de dónde provienen.
Esta ha sido una actividad maravillosa, donde hemos podido compartir cosas que no recordábamos o no sabíamos de nosotros mismos, y que nos ha permitido entender que sí hay una manera de viajar a nuestro interior, a ese lugar en silencio, que rara vez nos permite que abramos sus puertas para acceder a él.
En la Segunda Iniciativa Interactiva, de hoy Domingo de 7mo. Día, regresamos a él, por una puerta diferente.
¡Estamos regalando puntos #Ecency!
La iniciativa de Séptimo Día que nos permitió compartir situaciones internas personales con nuestros amigos usuarios de #Hive y de nuestra comunidad @holos-lotus y trajo participaciones excelentes.
No es que algunas de ellas fueran mejores que otras, pues enfrentarse a imágenes que nos trajeran recuerdos, sensaciones, sentimientos y emociones que relacionamos con una situación vivida, ha sido una actividad beneficiosa y satisfactoria desde el punto de vista del bienestar emocional y por Salud Mental.
Más, me gustaría resaltar, entre tantas increíbles, la respuesta de @pedrobrito2004 quien reaccionó ante una imagen con un recuerdo realmente emotivo, que revelaba ausencias.
Igualmente, la participación de @germanandradeg que también habla de ausencias, pero igualmente del amor y sobre la interpretación de lo que es la vida.
Y, por último, la de @palomap3 que fue escrita sin pensar las ideas que, desde lo profundo de su inconsciente, brotaron con actitud dolorosamente sincera, pero también sanadora.
Para ellos, mi afecto de siempre y mi agradecimiento:

Esto implica una muy buena interacción en la comunidad, así que, para todos, mi agradecimiento y les dejo abierta las puertas para que sigamos interaccionando y buscando en nosotros mismos, a través de buenos recursos, aquellas respuestas que nos hacen falta para darle sentido a nuestros comportamientos y a nuestras emocionalidades.
¿En qué nos beneficiamos de este viaje interior?
Tanto la primera iniciativa interactiva, como esta, segunda, que presento hoy, continuación de la primera, están destinadas a tocar nuestro inconsciente.
Que podamos conocer, qué situaciones han influido en nuestro comportamiento y conocer, esa parte oculta a la que nos cuesta llegar, pero que permite el desarrollo de la autocomprensión.
Esto es, para valorarnos mejor y controlar nuestras emociones en forma más adulta.
El poder de nuestro inconsciente se observa en los lapsos o errores que cometemos en nuestro día a día, en las visualizaciones que tenemos cuando nos relajamos, en los sueños que, en ocasiones, no nos permiten descansar.
En esos deseos que queremos desarrollar y en nuestros gustos.
Por lo tanto, acceder a esta parte de nuestro interior nos puede ayudar a mejorar, enormemente, nuestro autoconcepto, nuestro autoconocimiento y, por supuesto, nuestra autoestima.
Y es que, conocernos implica aprender a escucharnos y llevar una vida lo más auténtica y plena posible.

Esta vez nos vamos a concentrar en una sola imagen.
Queremos saber qué sensaciones te produce esta imagen que te muestro a continuación.

Hacia dónde te lleva esta imagen, pero también, en caso de no haber ningún vínculo o afectividad que te relacione con ella, igualmente expresarlo.
En otras palabras, queremos saber si reaccionas o no, y cómo reaccionas ante esta imagen:
Recuerda lo que el psicoanalista Carl Gustav Jung nos explicó: Tenemos un inconsciente personal, pero también, un inconsciente colectivo que él denominó la Biblioteca Universal de la Humanidad.
Por lo tanto, alguna emoción, recuerdo, sensación o afecto que te produzca esta imagen, puede ser parte importante de la emocionalidad colectiva y puede ayudar a cualquiera que te lea a entender algo.
El inconsciente no influye solamente en nuestros actos fallidos o en aquellos que hasta llegan a ser premonitorios; también influye en todo.
En nuestras relaciones interpersonales, creatividad, en nuestras decisiones profesionales y empresariales, en el camino hacia nuestra individualización y hacia el estado de madurez.
Esta no es una interacción superficial.
Esta iniciativa también es parte de desarrollar la autoridad interna con la que todos deseamos caminar por el mundo.

Did the First Seventh Day Interactive Initiative, The Short Journey to the Unconscious, culminate?
No, it has not. We are still waiting for comments
In fact, we redouble our efforts to make that short trip to the memories, emotions and feelings that are trapped there in our unconscious and that move us to act in a certain way, but that we do not know where they come from.
This has been a wonderful activity, where we have been able to share things that we did not remember or did not know about ourselves, and that has allowed us to understand that there is a way to travel to our inner self, to that place in silence, that rarely allows us to open its doors to access it.
In today's Second Interactive Initiative, on the Sunday of the 7th Day, we return to it, through a different door.
We're giving away #Ecency points!
Seventh Day initiative that allowed us to share personal internal situations with our friends #Hive users and our community @holos-lotus and brought excellent participations.
Not that some of them were better than others, because facing images that brought us memories, sensations, feelings and emotions that we relate to a lived situation, has been a beneficial and satisfying activity from the point of view of emotional well-being and for Mental Health.
Moreover, I would like to highlight, among so many incredible ones, the response of @pedrobrito2004 who reacted to an image with a really emotional memory, which revealed absences.

This implies a very good interaction in the community, so, to all of you, my thanks and I leave the doors open for us to continue interacting and searching in ourselves, through good resources, those answers that we need to make sense of our behaviors and our emotionalities.
How do we benefit from this inner journey?
Both the first interactive initiative and this second one, which I present today, a continuation of the first one, are aimed at touching our unconscious.
We can know what situations have influenced our behavior and get to know that hidden part that we find difficult to reach, but that allows the development of self-understanding.
That is, to value ourselves better and to control our emotions in a more adult way.
The power of our unconscious can be seen in the lapses or mistakes we make in our daily lives, in the visualizations we have when we relax, in the dreams that sometimes do not allow us to rest.
In those desires that we want to develop and in our tastes.
Therefore, accessing this part of our inner self can help us to greatly improve our self-concept, our self-knowledge and, of course, our self-esteem.
Knowing ourselves means learning to listen to ourselves and to lead the most authentic and fulfilling life possible.
Second Seventh Day Interactive Initiative
