The recipe that I have brought to you today is a carrot tempered mixed with mackerel and eggs. The taste of this is indescribable. So high and really tasty. So let's see how to make it.

Ingredients;

  • 150g of carrots
  • An eggs
  • 10g of mackerel pieces
  • Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt powder
  • Two tablespoons of oil
  • Few curry leaves
  • About two pods of green chillies
  • A large onion of normal size

The method of making;

Grate the washed and cleaned carrots into long thin strips.

Cut the large onion into long strips, and cut the chilies into small pieces.

Now heat a pan and add two tablespoons of oil to it. After heating the oil in medium flame, add mustard seeds.

Then reduce the heat on the stove and add onion pieces and saute for one minute only.

Then add chilli pieces.

Add turmeric powder and stir well.

Add the grated carrot and mackerel pieces and stir-fry well on low heat for about three minutes.

Now add pepper powder with salt powder to it.

Now keep the heat of the stove at a normal level, add the egg and stir.

After string the egg, turn off the heat. After that at the end add curry leaves and chopped green chillies and fry and remove from the heat.

In less than ten minutes, you can make very delicious carrot tempura from the ingredients you have at home. But this is more flavor than the carrot we usually make, you can add eggs and mackerel.
