Note: Asam sunti is a kitchen spice from Aceh, which is made from starfruit and is given grams and then dried for days in the sun until it is completely dry and can be stored for a long time.
- First, wash the oysters until they are completely clean from any sea sand that is still stuck to them, then season the oysters with salt and lime, but here I forgot to take a photo hehe
- Then blend all the spices until really smooth, don't forget to add a little water to the blender.
- Once the spices are smooth, sauté the spices with a little cooking oil, wait until the oil is hot, then add the spices, and sauté until the spices are cooked and give off a fragrant aroma.
- Once the spices are completely cooked, then add the oysters, add a little water and salt then cook again until the water reduces a little
- And after the water has reduced a little, turn off the stove and the sea oysters are ready to be served.
Well, this is how I cook sea oysters, if asked how many times I have cooked it, the answer is this is the first time I have cooked it, but I did not expect the taste to be very delicious, there is a savory taste, spicy, and a little sour because I added sunti acid to it.
