Certainly a great breakfast. I do avo and scrambled eggs every morning. Marian says that when they were young, and had sore throats, her grandfather gave them nasturtiums to chew on. All of a sudden, the sore throats were gone. I think that they were more scared of the burn than the sore throats, and the fear healed their throats. !LOLZ
