There are many dishes that can be prepared from fish, including how to fry it directly without any hassle. But making it fried in a different way will definitely make us more excited to enjoy it. Fish is indeed one of the most delicious sources of animal protein in my opinion.

Cooking the same way and easy almost every time I do. Now you also need to know that in the area where I live, we are used to eating fish every day as a side dish for rice. Without fish we call the dish bland, therefore it needs some ideas in processing fish so as not to get bored when enjoying it.

Crispy fried carp is carp that is fried by flattening like flour fried chicken. It's just that it takes special care in processing carp because carp has a strong fishy aroma. So treating the fish well in advance is the main thing to do.

Well today I will teach you to prepare the process easily. Let's see the step-by-step preparation that I did.

Ingredients

100 grams ika mas fillet
150 gram wheat flour
50 grams cornstarch
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon stock powder
½ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Cooking Procedure

Step 1

The first step, the fish fillet is chopped into small squares according to your preference. Well as usual so as not to be fishy I marinate the fish with lemon juice and also pieces of ginger.

The crispy fried carp is ready to be served, I added chili sauce by sprinkling sesame seeds on it to make it taste better and the savory taste will be perfect. What was even more special was when I opened the first fried fish, it turned out that the fish was very jusi inside soft and evenly cooked. Oya friends, when frying flour like this you need to pay attention to the small stove fire but the oil is evenly hot.

I think this is my first successful flour fried fish, usually I have tried flour fried fish before but it doesn't work at all, the texture is very hard. But this time the fish was cooked evenly and the flour batter was flavorful and just right. I think this is a great choice for lunch or a meal with your family!
