Porchetta day ❤️

Today was a beautiful Sunday, the weather was good and me, my boyfriend and my stepdaughter decided to go out to relax in the sun so we saw that in a town not far from us there was a party for the inauguration of a headquarters of an important voluntary association and we heard that for the occasion there would be a small festival of a food that we all love, porchetta!
Porchetta is a delicious spiced and processed and seasoned pork meat, made from whole boneless pork, it sounds bad but I assure you that it really has a very good and particular taste, making it is not easy for this when there are dedicated festivals we take advantage of it always, it is cut into slices and can be eaten alone or with a sandwich, a loaf of bread or between two slices of bread, today's porchetta was really delicious and we also took it accompanied by some fried pastry puffs, the meat was of excellent quality and we had three sandwiches, two loaves of bread and one slice of bread, for me the best with the porchetta which enhances its flavour! It was a beautiful day dedicated to good food and beautiful sunshine.

Testo in italiano Oggi era una bellissima domenica, il tempo era buono e io, il mio ragazzo e la mia figliastra abbiamo deciso di uscire a rilassarci al sole così abbiamo visto che in un paese poco distante da noi c'era una festa per l'inaugurazione di una sede di un importante associazione di volontariato e abbiamo saputo che per l'occasione ci sarebbe stata una piccola sagra di un alimento che tutti noi amiamo, la porchetta. La porchetta è una deliziosa carne di maiale tipica romana speziata e lavorata e condita, fatta dal maiale intero disossato, suona male ma vi assicuro che ha davvero un ottimo sapore particolare e buono, farla non è semplice per questo quando ci sono le sagre dedicate noi ne approfittiamo sempre, si taglia a fette e la si può mangiare da sola o con un panino, la pagnotta oppure tra due fette di pane , la porchetta di oggi era davvero deliziosa e noi l' abbiamo presa accompagnata anche da delle sfogliatelle di pasta fritta, la carne era di ottima qualità e noi abbiamo preso tre panini,due pagnotte e una fetta di pane, per me il meglio con la porchetta che ne esalta il sapore! È stata una bella giornata dedicata al buon cibo e al bel sole.
