In so happy because my favourite Japanese restaurant in town is reopened, they closed for covid and have other problems, but now they come back as good as always, the owner Stella Yang is an energic, friendly and nice woman , very passionate on her work ,she is really a good owner. I follow her on Facebook too. For the re open day there was a party and special dishes and offerts. It was amazing. One of the dish that I tried immediately it's the salmon rolls with Philadelphia inside and pistachios outside, is the dish on the first photo, really a delicacy.
Ops I forgot to tell you the name of the restaurant, it's Ming Gu and it is situated in a street close to the center,it's very very big and have many workers, Stella have another business too in Florence , another restaurant opened with her husband.
As you can see I love salmon and I order mostly salmon dishes ,and I loved all.
It's really yummi salmon.I also order the grilled one and spicy tacos with salmon.
I had sashimi too a good quality one,some restaurants have worst quality. Ming Gu have a good quality and it's not expensive that's why it's my favourite restaurant. So if you visit Pistoia you must have a dinner in Ming Gu, the mostly good Japanese restaurant in Pistoia!
