Espero que se encuentren muy pero muy bien, tenía días que no pasaba por mi comunidad favorita @foodiesbeehive porque he salido de mi casa, y no he cocinado mucho en estos días, estoy disfrutando de unos días por el pueblo donde crecí, yo vendo de un pueblo costero y estoy disfrutando de la playa y de los frutos del mar, que me encantan.

I hope you are very but very well, I had days that I did not pass by my favorite community @foodiesbeehive because I have left my house, and I have not cooked much these days, I am enjoying a few days in the town where I grew up, I sell from a coastal town and I am enjoying the beach and the fruits of the sea, which I love.

Hoy estuve visitando una de mis playas favoritas, y justo cuando disfrutábamos del mar llegaron los pescadores con pepitonas, pulpo y caracoles todo fresco recién sacados del mar.

Today I was visiting one of my favorite beaches, and just as we were enjoying the sea the fishermen arrived with pepitonas, pulpo and caracoles all freshly caught from the sea.

Nos ofrecieron prepararnos el pulpo de la manera más sencilla, que es la manera en que ellos lo comen normalmente, sin muchos ingredientes más que la sal y el limón, y esta manera sencilla de prepararlo no le quitó lo delicioso.

They offered to prepare the octopus for us in the simplest way, which is the way they normally eat it, without many ingredients other than salt and lemon, and this simple way of preparing it did not take away from the deliciousness.

Ellos tomaron el pulpo, los caracoles y las pepitonas y la sancocharon en agua, todo al tiempo que ya ellos lo tienen calculado de forma natural o espontánea, luego de limpiar el pulpo y los caracoles, lo picaron en trocitos le agregaron pepitonas también en trocitos y los lo sirvieron tipo seviche con bastante limón.

Eso quedó súper delicioso, comí delicioso esa tarde y a orilla del mar que más le puedo pedir al universo. Quise compartir con ustedes está manera sencilla y rápido en que los pescadores preparan sus comidas.
