Ayer tuve el honor de ser parte del jurado de un evento muy importante que se realiza cada año llamado el Festival de la Hallaca
Muchos países seguro la han oído mencionar, la hallaca es parte de nuestra cultura culinaria Venezolana y siempre las elaboramos en las fechas navideñas
Según la región de nuestro país pueden variar un poco los ingredientes, pero todas las versiones son fantásticas, claro cada uno tiene su gusto así que no entremos en detalles jajaja
Yesterday I had the honor of being part of the jury of a very important event that takes place every year called the Hallaca Festival.
Many countries have surely heard it mentioned, the hallaca is part of our Venezuelan culinary culture and we always make them at Christmas time.
Depending on the region of our country the ingredients may vary a little, but all versions are fantastic, of course everyone has their own taste so let's not go into details hahaha.

Forme parte de un grupo de 9 cocineros especializados, con la gran tarea de degustar más de 80 preparaciones y dar los finalistas para la gran final el próximo fin de semana

Para un cocinero es un honor ser parte de un evento culinario y más cuando es de tu cultura gastronómica, no imaginan la emoción y aunque no salgo saltando 🤣 porque hay que mantener el decoro jajaja, estaba muy contento

Una de las que más me gusto fue una versión con camarones, nunca imagine hacerlas así y ustedes saben que yo invento demasiado 🤣

Antes de finalizar me gustaría saber si en tu país las has elaborado o tienes un plato similar, si estas en Venezuela cuéntame cómo las preparas en casa, que carnes usas, que aliños pones , son de alguna región en particular y te atreverías a degustar más de 80 hallacas en un día 😳
