Hello, friends especially foodies!

Our team already booked a reservation to have all you can eat grill and shabu together on December 26th last year actually, but unfortunately we had a missunderstanding with this hypening restaurant so we needed to reschedule it. Our team schedule at the end of the year were vary, included me, some took some day off and spent time with their own family. For that reason, the dinner postponed until last night.

Our way to te restaurant was not easy. It was because of the traffic jam. When it was the time to get out from the office, all office usually have this same time so no wonder that the roads were so crowded. We had an appointment for 6.10 pm and in fact, we, the girls were still in the car to face the traffic jam. But some of the boys of our team luckily already arrived there because they got on there by the motorcycle and they tried to reschedule our dining time to 6.30 pm.

Well maybe you asked me why needed to reschedule it to 20 minutes late than the previous appointment we made, it was because there, they count our duration to eat with the maximum time of 1.5 hours so that's why the time was really matter.

When the sun already gone, then we finally came to this popular hypening all you can eat restaurant. The restaurant was OMG, an abbreviation for Oh My Grill. It looked quite large from the outside. And it had a quite large full of motorcycles parking area.

But really it was OMG to find that it had soooooo many customers. Even looked that some customers were still on waiting list to be seated.

Inside was full, really you need to make a reservation before you could eat there. The dining area was modest, with modest chairs, simple and in industrial style. But actually i love luxury comfy dining area and this restaurant was going too far of that comfy luxury style i expect.

So lucky that we already had friends to prepare the beef for us, one of us was taking some meat. For it, they had some variations for the grill, like in honey, savory or even spicy flavour.

Looked at our tables that were messy. This was how the reality was, with the raw meat and some were being cooked on the grill. Some of the beef were in thin slices but some were larger thick slices.

Unique thing there, that they would give you their rubber band while you were eating there. It had their brand, oh my grill red color on it.

There beside the raw materials, there were some side dishes too like what i saw on one of their stall. You could also take as many as you like there. Mostly of them were chicken.

For their shabu soup, they had some variants you could choose. They had four variants of it, tom yum goong, japanese ramen, chicken broth and chicken soto. We took japanese ramen and you would get to know soon how it tasted.

Now i also would take you to see what else we could take there, they had wagyu steak, beef kirimi, beef saporro on the right. While on the left, they had mozarella cheese, mushroom and some veggie.

For the soup they had kind of balls and dumplings They had beef balls, crab nuggets, shrimp nuggets, seafood tofu, chicken dumplings, cheese dumplings, flower twister, and chikuwa.

We needed to cook it ourselves for both the grill and shabu-shabu. Luckily while cooking, some of it already well cooked. So i took a bowl of shabu and a plate of the grill meat.

The grill meat were great. They had soft texture, easy to bite with savory sweet flavour. Delicious! it even tasted tastier when we put on the mozarella cheese to it, incomparable!

But the dining area were full, it made there was no cool air there, we felt so hot there, OMG!

Back to the food, their shabu-shabu had savory flavour, the broth was tasty.

And i took some of their dumplings and balls. I love their chicken dumplings cause it had the chicken filling inside and outter skins were fishball. I also love the dumplings with quail egg inside it. Overall their shabu-shabu also tasted so well, delicious!

Oh yes they also still had the desert, ice cream. It had pink flavour but i couldn't taste any strawberry flavour in it, it was also not milky like it usually. It tasted medium sweet, and you could put on some sprinkles meises on it.

And so sorry i didn't take any pictures of the drink cause nothing special about the blackcurrant and lemon tea. For the price it was 119K IDR for platinum buffet or around 7.7 USD for a person.

My conclusion of eating here was it worth the price, with those tasty beef. But i think we couldn't eat well there because the situation was too crowded and messy, but it depends on your choice, because it was actually one of the most affordable all you can eat restaurant in my city.

So will you try this AYCE shabu and grill?
