This is the worst time of year for me. I've been thinking more on this and I have come to a couple conclusions. One being I was born and raised in central California where I got much more sun through out the year than I get living here in the north. Every year now when it hits fall and the shorter days my body goes into fits. My skin explodes in eczema and I am sure it is due to the quickly reduced Vitamin D levels.
After getting the boys to school I spent the morning trying to keep the muscle pain at bay and soothing my stupid skin while the PDC was on.
I had my IFS appointment at noon so went to the valley for that. I was feeling the muscle pains in my head and my nerves were on fire for much of the day.
Now that I'm ripping LiPo packs apart I need tools to start building packs. A spot welder is key to making the packs and I found one that looks suitable. I will be making 1s, 2s, & 3s packs for various uses. The 1s will be stacked cells with 3200mah each at 3.7v so I can get 20,000 mah.

Despite the massage, pressure point work, muscle relaxers, etc my head still went into deep pain points and I just held my head in my hands and tried to will the pain away, which didn't work...
I got a fire going in the pit and thankfully @stryeyz got the burger patties made.
It was prednisone time again as the eczema explosion on my hands was getting worse. The itch becomes intolerable and I rub my hands against rough granite edges which causes the fluid filled blisters to form. Eventually the prednisone helped but I will be on it again now for a week or two. The fucked sin also meant no soaking as it would have burned like I was on fire.
I got the burgers grilled and we were able to eat a bit late while watching the new Lower Decks episodes. While @stryeyz soaked I researched more tools for the pack building.
Today is the ski swap at the fairgrounds and we want to go on the earlier side as both @stryeyz and I need boots, her downhill and me telemark. It is a lot of rain inbound so I have to do work around the farm once back. PDC is on, Kraken play, I have a ton of pain/eczema management to keep at, and then likely grill for dinner tonight.
