おひさしぶりです。またごぶさたしてすみません。相変わらず左膝の調子が不安定で悩んでいます。やはり8月14日に岩手県一関市千厩町のお墓参りで急な山道を登ったのが左膝が痛くなる原因だったと思います。毎日湿布していますが外に出て歩く時に微妙な痛みでゆっくりしか歩けず走るなんて無理。
