Hello everyone, welcome back to the "Battle n Giveaway" post. In this post, I will be sharing battles that I think are unique (SHARE YOUR BATTLE) and also hosting giveaways that I have done before (UPVOTE BUDGET GIVEAWAY).

After I talked about my experience last season. At the beginning of this season, I had a very astonishing experience. I was in a battle where the BLOODLUST ability looked very scary when it was in the combined ruleset.

What are these rulesets? And how scary is BLOODLUST when used in those rulesets?

The first part of this post will be about SHARE YOUR BATTLE, be it CARD FOCUS or RULESET FOCUS or just a battle I find interesting enough to share. After that, we'll move on to the GIVEAWAY section. There are changes to the GIVEAWAYS that are different from the usual (you can see them in full after the SHARE YOUR BATTLE section) And giveaways will happen 1~2 times per week

BORN AGAIN: This is a new ruleset in SPLINTERLANDS. This ruleset grants REBIRTH ability to all monsters in the battle arena. REBIRTH ability (or can also be called self-RESURRECT) was previously an ability specifically for RUNI, but a few weeks ago it was introduced as a new Ruleset (until now, no cards other than RUNI have REBIRTH).

REBIRTH can be an alternative when there are no monsters with RESURRECT ability available (and can be combined with MARTYR)

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY : This ruleset grants OPPORTUNITY abilities to all monsters in the battle arena. Monsters that have dual ATTACK TYPE (one of which is MELEE ATTACK) get the chance to use MELEE ATTACK even if it is not in the first position. Monsters with low HEALTH POINT are at a disadvantage with this Ruleset, but not monsters with MARTYR abilities...

UNPROTECTED : In this Ruleset, ARMOR is removed and abilities like PROTECT, REPAIR, RUST, and SHATTER are completely useless. Monsters with high ATTACK POWER and SPEED are at an advantage. The same applies to Dual Attack monster and DOUBLE-STRIKE abilities.

THE CARD WITH BLOODLUST THAT GETS THE HIGHEST ATTACK POWER IS...

YUP, Quora Towershead got a lot of additional Attack power in this battle. All thanks to the REBIRTH ability, she can defeat the opponent's monsters more intensely (1 monster is defeated 2 times) and she gets an addition of MARTYR for 2 times every 1 monster that has that ability lost on my side.

Lets Start the Battles

I chose Lobb Lowland as the SUMMONER in order to use Quora Towershead (because we are not in the ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED? Ruleset). I also brought a monster with DOUBLE-STRIKE ability (Grund) and another Dual Attack monster (Drybone Raider) to take advantage of the UNPROTECTED Ruleset. But unfortunately, the opportunity was slightly hindered by Legionnaire Alvar who has DEMORALIZE ability so that the Melee attack power of some of my monsters was reduced by 1 point.

I decided to use Suppy Runner (which has the SWIFTNESS ability) to widen the SPEED difference with the opponent (+ 1 SPEED reduction to all opponent's monsters obtained from Lobb Lowland).

I also brought 2 MARTYR monsters (Venari Marksrat and Fungus Flinger) and placed them next to Quora Towershead to increase her ATTACK POWER.

My 2 monsters (Grund and Drybone Raider) who should have benefited greatly from the 3 rulesets instead had trouble when they targeted their attacks at Drybone Barbarian. Because Drybone Barbarian has ENRAGE and RETALIATE abilities that can counter attacks from Melee monsters, especially since its Attack power is also quite large. Drybone Raider even lost in just 1 attack.

Quora Towershead got a huge attack from Jared Scar who both had BLOODLUST. But fortunately, the attack attempt from Legionnaire Alvar missed so her HEALTH POINT was not threatened.

What is the Upvote Budget that you mentioned earlier?

Upvote Budget (or maybe there's a better name) is slightly different (perhaps) GIVEAWAYS from the others. The reason for naming Upvote Budget is because all prizes destined for GIVEAWAYS come from the total Upvotes received in each post (more precisely the Author Reward section)

How these giveaways work

• Every GIVEAWAYS post uses @reward.app (so the reward for posting will be HBD and HIVE)

  • back to 50% HBD 50%HP

• The Total Upvote Value affects the limit of cards that can be selected

• Winners can choose any card they want (As long as there is sufficient DEC)

  • You can see the price of each card in Peakmonster
    
    

• The maximum number of winners for giveaways is 3 people (3 draws) or until the DEC is not sufficient to purchase a card only 1 user.

• The remaining DEC will be added to the GIVEAWAYS the next week next post.

The number of prizes from giveaway posts that will be converted into DEC is 20% (or 40% of the total Author Reward) decreased to 5% (or 10% of the total Author Reward)

How to join this GIVEAWAYS

• Upvotes are not required as a condition to enter this giveaway. However, the more upvotes that each post gets, the more varied the cards that can be selected will be.

• Re-blog is also not a requirement. However, the more users who know about these GIVEAWAYS, the more likely they will upvote and the prizes will increase.

• You just need to write a comment once on each GIVEAWAYS post.

  • Also write down your IGN (In-Game Name) if it is different from the name you use for your HIVE account.

  • Write down a list of the cards you want, starting with the most expensive to the cheapest. If you don't write it down, you will be disqualified.
