Namaste🙏 Dear Friends, today i am here with fish's eggs pakora (snacks) recipe.
Which is very simple and easy to make, but this item is a powerhouse of energy.
Like fish eggs have omega3 fatty acids, which helps to reduce blood clotting and keeps blood pressure in control. You will get lots of calories and proteins from it.

Actualy last week I purchased one 1.3KG fish at the market and while preparing/cutting clearing this fish by the fish shop keeper i found some eggs, told him to keep it.
This time fish-Egg quantity is very less so i am not writing it on weight....
One more thing due to hurry i was not taken photograph of Fish's eggs pakora while eating so you will not find all fried item in one place.
Material Details for preparation...
- Fish Eggs:- Small Quantity
- Garlic+ginger paste: - One spoon
- Chopped onion: - Small one piece.
- Red chili powder: - Half of the Teaspoon
- Gram flour (Basen):- One Tablespoon
- Turmeric powder: - One teaspoon
- Salt: - As per taste
- Mustard oil:- As per need to frying purpose
First, we Mixed well all the ingredients which i mentioned above in bowl or plate, except oil, and keep it into a bowl.
Now add the mustard oil in a pan and take small amount of the batter/fish egg mixed content and put it on the oil, first time flame will be on high.
Later keep it on medium flame, now fry it till it became light brown, images i am sharing step wise.
Now your egg fish snacks is ready to have with rice or tea/coffee.
