Egg yolk: Myth & Reality


Myth: You have to throw the yolk out of the egg because it has high cholesterol.


Reality: This is the worst thing that can be done, because the yolks contain almost all the nutrients. The white part is practically only protein


In addition, egg yolks have excellent properties:
