Do you want to jump start your weight losss????

Here is a great way to start.

We all hear that diet and exercise is the way to stay healthy and maintain a desirable weight.

So if you are a little behind or you have neglected taking the best care of your body, a cleanse is a great way to jump start your path to being healthy and losing those unwanted lbs.

You may or may not know but we an inundated with toxins in our food, air, water and environment.
This can reap havoc on our body.

Our body was designed to process and eliminate foreign and harmful substances but because of an overload to our system of all the bad stuff, like artificial ingredients in our food supply, metals from chemicals and other unnatural substances, our liver and kidneys are overworked and these foreign substances get stored in our fat cells.
This makes it harder to breakdown the fat an eliminate it altogether.

So lets get started with a 3 day detox, followed by healthy sensible eating and exercise program.

Today begins DAY 1

Cup of hot water upon waking up

BREAKFAST (Super Greens Juice -juice the following ingredients)

chunk of cucumber
1 pear
handful of spinach
handful of parsley
juice half a lemon
half tsp grated ginger

MID MORNING SNACK (coconut delight smoothie)

Blend together
1 tbs chia seeds
250ml coconut milk
handful raspberries
1 banana

LUNCH (pea and mint soup)

Blitz together
sweat 1 onion
1 celery stick
1 carrot in 300ml vegetable stock, 200g garden peas & a handful of fresh mint
add 1 tbsp low fat creme fraiche and blitz until smoothe

DINNER (baked cod and steam vegies)

sprinkle 1/2tsp ground cinnamond & 1/2tsp ground nutmeg on 1 cod filet
add 1/2 lemon juice wrap in foil and bake in oven
serve with unlimited steam mangetout and kale

DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!
