Today I am training Back and this is what I will be doing today.
- Deadlifts;
5 sets of 5 reps with Heavy weight. - Barbell Bent Over Row;
5 sets of 5 reps with Heavy weight. - Chin Ups;
3 sets of 6 to 8 reps. - T-Bar Row;
3 sets of 6 to 8 reps.
