1. Eating More Healthy Fats.

Monounsatured fats keep hunger at bay because it increases a hormone associated with staying satisfied longer. Some examples of healthly fats are nuts, flaxseeds, avocado, and olive oil.

2. Magnesium

Magnesium is a mineral that promotes good heart health and is great fat burner. When you are low in magnesium you get food cravings, and anxiety which sometimes can lead to overeating.  A good amount of magnesium can help process digestion promote proper insulin levels.  Magnesium is an excellent energy nutrient.




                               

3. Hot Spices

Certain hot spices like cayenne pepper, chilli powder and black pepper contributes to feeling full after eating them, decreasing your appetite.  They are known to cause thermogenesis within the body.  Hot spices also burn extra calories after a meal is consumed.

Certain teas like oolong, green and yerba mate all contain an antioxidant called catechins or ECGC's, this compound helps speed up the metabolsm and help the liver break down fats.  It also keeps your cholesterol levels balanced.
