Delicious All Natural Pb&J Protein Shake Recipe

-Full handful of ice
-1 or 2 extra ripe bananas
-1.5ish cups of almond milk
-1-2 heaping spoonfuls of all natural almond or peanut butter
-1 spoonful of favorite jelly
-1-2 big spoonfuls of coconut oil
-1 scoop of favorite protein powder (chocolate works best)
-tablespoon of favorite superfood powder (optional)
-1ish cups of egg whites (optional)
-dash of cocoa powder (optional)
-splash of coffee (optional)
-greens (optional)
