Hi guys, In this blog I will tell you some tips which I used to follow in my daily life for a healthy lifestyle.
• I woke up at 5:00 AM and drink 1L water every morning ( 4 egg whites as a pre- workout meal).
=> I do following sets of exercises:
• I do exercise for 1 hour and 30 minutes every morning (5 days in a week excluding sunday and thursday).
• I will prefer you to go for natural exercises not for gym or lift heavy rods or anything like that. Simply a body weight exercise
• My daily exercise include 3 sets of push-ups (50 in 1st set, 40 in 2nd set and then 30 in the last one).
• Then I do pull ups which also include 3 sets ( 35 in the first set, 25 in the second and then 20 in the last set).
• inclined push-ups 2 sets each of 25 push-up.
• Dips includes 2 sets each of 25 dip.
• 3 sets of squats each includes 20 squat.
• And then in the end I run for 20 minute to keep my body in shape.
Diets
08:00 AM : 3 parathas or bread with peanut
butter and a glass of milk
11:00 AM : 1 bowl of fruits.
01:30 PM : Lunch includes 3 roti(flat round bread), rice, dal(pulses), veggies and salads.
03:00 PM : a glass of lassi(shake made up of yogurt) or butter milk.
05:30 PM : roasted chicken Or fish fry.
09:00 PM : I prefer you to eat light at night something like salads or veggies and drink smoothie.
Don't depend on other to make all these Stuffs for you, do on your own
