One of the most favorite street food in Vigan, Ilocos Sur is Vigan Empanada and it is also available here in Baguio. You can eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. It’s quite cheap to have as many as you need to fill your hunger after touring the city for just 55 pesos. This is filled with vegetables like grated green papaya, shredded carrots, and mung beans or sometimes cabbage with meat from skinless Vigan Longanisa and one whole egg. Plus Ilocos vinegar but they don't have it there sometimes. Just in case you want to try cooking empanada for your family and friends, this is the recipe from pinoyrecipe.net .
