If you're not opposed to eating spaghetti squash, then you'll totally dig this quick and easy recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash π
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil πΎ
- Salt/ Pepper to taste
- Prego or whatever you prefer for sauceπ
- Chicken or some lean ground turkey to meat your protein needs. π
- Extra: Parmesan cheese π§
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375Β°
2. Prep your squash by slicing in half
-Scrape out any of the seeds and center insides
-Season with salt/pepper and drizzle with olive oil
3. Flip squash over on foil and pan and cook for 35 minutes
4. Dice and cook your chicken or ground turkey while squash is baking
5. Once baking is finished, take out, and let cool for few minutes
-Take a fork and scrape off the insides to create "spaghetti" noodles
6. Dish up how much you want
-Pour some prego/chicken/meat
-Top it with some cheese
