Happy Friday đ A deliciously decadent twist on rooibos enjoyed in this refreshing berry cocktail.
Ingredients
⢠2 teaspoons red berry coulis
⢠2 tots coconut liqueur
⢠125ml Bokkeveld pure rooibos tea (cooled)
⢠1 teaspoon vanilla syrup
Method
Mix red berry coulis, coconut liqueur and vanilla syrup together. Pour into cocktail glass and add the cooled rooibos tea. Garnish with fresh berries.
