Ingredients
• 4 to 5 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 125ml vanilla flavoured Bokkeveld rooibos tea (cooled)
• 2 tots Nachtmuzik chocolate liqueur
• Strawberry sauce
Method
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Pour mixture into a glass coated on the inside with raspberry sauce.
