Paleo Breakfast Recipes: BREAKFAST EGG PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 tbsp coconut milk
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup gluten free pizza sauce
• 4 turkey-bacon strips
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• ½ green bell pepper, chopped
• ½ white onion, chopped
• 1 tomato, sliced
• Sea salt and ground pepper to taste

METHOD:
• Cook the turkey-bacon strips in coconut oil and keep aside.
• Sauté the garlic for a couple of minutes over medium heat.
• Meanwhile, whisk a mixture of eggs and coconut milk, seasoned with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
• Pour it on the sautéed garlic and cook the eggs over moderate heat for about 3 minutes, without disturbing it.
• Now cook the eggs in a broiler for another 3 minutes while it is still remains in the pan.
• After it is done, spread the pizza sauce over the egg pizza crust.
• Crumble the turkey-bacon over it and top it u with layers of tomato, onion and bell pepper.
• Bake the pizza in the broiler for another 5 minutes.
• Slice the paleo pizza and serve.
