We need Ingredients of EGGLESS COFFEE CUPCAKE

Dry ingredients

1)1 cup flour

2)1 tsp spoon baking powder

3)¾ cup (pc) sugar

4)1 ½ table spoon coco powder

Wet Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

  2. (softened, salted and if you are using salt without butter then add ¼ teaspoon of salt in it)5 Table spoon butter

  3. To make the mixture smooth ¾ cup milk

  4. 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of water (to make paste, you can also reduce or increase the amount of water) Coffee powder


Regarding making eggless Coffee Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Put the butter paper in the molds and keep them aside.

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar in a bowl and mix soft butter, vanilla essence, coffee paste and milk into it.

  1. Put the mixture in the molds and bake at 180 degrees (about 15-20 minutes).

  1. Put the toothpick in the middle and check whether the cake has been baked right or not.
    If the toothpick comes out clean, then the cake is ready.

  1. Take out the cupcake from the oven. Let it be completely cold.Frosting after cupcake is cool.

  1. You can also use mascarpone cheese with cupcake with a shot of whiskey and coffee butter cream.

Notes

  • Do not frost them unless they are completely cool.

  • The cupcakes can be stored for 72 hours at room temperature.

  • If u want strong coffee flavour ,then add more instant coffee powder.
