We need Ingredients of EGGLESS COFFEE CUPCAKE
Dry ingredients
1)1 cup flour
2)1 tsp spoon baking powder
3)¾ cup (pc) sugar
4)1 ½ table spoon coco powder
Wet Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
(softened, salted and if you are using salt without butter then add ¼ teaspoon of salt in it)5 Table spoon butter
To make the mixture smooth ¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of water (to make paste, you can also reduce or increase the amount of water) Coffee powder
Regarding making eggless Coffee Cupcakes
- Heat oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Put the butter paper in the molds and keep them aside.
- Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar in a bowl and mix soft butter, vanilla essence, coffee paste and milk into it.
- Put the mixture in the molds and bake at 180 degrees (about 15-20 minutes).
- Put the toothpick in the middle and check whether the cake has been baked right or not.
If the toothpick comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
- Take out the cupcake from the oven. Let it be completely cold.Frosting after cupcake is cool.
- You can also use mascarpone cheese with cupcake with a shot of whiskey and coffee butter cream.
Notes
Do not frost them unless they are completely cool.
The cupcakes can be stored for 72 hours at room temperature.
If u want strong coffee flavour ,then add more instant coffee powder.
