Hi all! Here's my kitchen experiment from last weekend ;)
I've found glutenfree flour mix in my kitchen storeroom, which can be used for example for bread or pizza dough so I decided to try second option.
As this is ready mix, there will be no recipe but I can tell you that it consists mainly from potato starch and rice flour + some guar gum, dried yeast and salt.
I needed to add only a bit of milk and 1 egg and then I've received regular pizza dough, ready to proceed further.
Here is my result, crust was a bit different than regular, glutenfull - but still - it was worth it ;) Already have some ideas to make one from millet or buckwheat flour (I'm trying to avoid wheat on a daily basis)
