Working women should make their diet charts and walk accordingly. They should have plenty of vitamins, zinc, protein and calcium in their diet.

Breakfast

Working women should never leave breakfast in the morning because in the morning your body needs energy, so breakfast is very important. Before breakfast, you can eat milk, porridge, cornflakes or sandwiches in the breakfast room. In the morning breakfast vitamin fruits such as apples, papaya and strawberry food is quite good. Lunch

Working women should have a difference of four to five hours in lunch and breakfast. Lunch should be a healthier diet that will keep you fit. Add vegetables, lentils, curd and chapati to your lunch. Green vegetables are very beneficial, such as broccoli, spinach, etc. or can make Bhujia of paneer made in low oil. If you eat eggs, instead of green vegetables and pulses, you can eat egg beggars. Take the salad intake in the lunch. Eat capsicum, cucumber, cucumber, salad leaf, raisins and a little lemon in the salad. Which will increase its taste.

Snacks

Often during work, hunger in the evening and you consume some unhealthy things which are not good for health. In this case, you should keep any fruits or sprouts with them and eat them as snacks in the evening. It will also erase your appetite and it is also healthy for you.

Dinner

Dinner should always be eaten by two or two and a half hours before sleeping. This gives full time to digest food. Do not sleep at night or eat without food. Do not eat more fried roast things in the food. Try to eat wheat gram chapati and less spiced vegetables. Such food is easy to digest and it gives energy to the body.
