Goat roasts, it's what's for supper!

My wife made a simple yet wonderful evening meal using goat roast, raised right here on our farm!

The roast were slow cooked for six hours on the low setting. They came out wonderfully moist, tender, and mouth watering. While veggies were steamed long enough to be cooked, yet retain some of their firmness.

If you would like to see the road trip taking the goats to market and their return, please watch the video. Here in my area, few butchers will process goats so we had to drive 70+ miles through the country and several rural Oklahoma towns until we finally hit our destination for the drop off.
