We're Back! (For Good This Time)

Daniel and I decided a break was needed for us to gather our thoughts and decide what we really wanna do with this account. Fitness and healthy living has become a very active role in our everyday lives lately so, as you can guess, we have decided that we believe this account, for us, will be better suited as a fitness account rather than a lifestyle one. 

We're giving you a look at the raw start for us. Including pictures from the day we decided that we were going to make the change we had been talking about for so long and finally begin our drive towards a healthier lifestyle. 

Fitness is just the half of this journey for us. Eating healthy, and at home, is the other major part. As you may know if you previously followed this account, Daniel and I did a lot of eating out. Up to 4-5 per week. Crazy on our bodies and even crazier on our wallets. 

Judging from the pictures, you may not think we lived all that unhealthy, however, a high metabolism is the only thing that saved us. But, just because our weight wasn't an issue, doesn't mean the way we treated our bodies was doing us any good. All that take out and lack of daily exercise (besides our jobs) was bound to bring us down an unhealthy road eventually, so we chose to nip it in the bud.

As the title of this post states, we're back, and aiming to be posting daily. We hope you will follow us along as we not only document our fitness journey, but share in detail how we are achieving the progress you will witness.
