Early morning workout !

I’m on vacation..... and what happens .... this crazy blonde over here ..... has decided we need to work out before the kids wake up ...... no gym here .... no problem .... she made her our workout and made sure to bring weights with her too ( that’s why she has that amazing body Without an ounce of fat on it .... while I struggle) ..... gee thanks ... lol..... although I have to admit .... I do feel better now that it’s done ..... tired .... but better .... our work out routine this morning for anyone interested :
1-knee tucks off the Wall 30 seconds
2-shoulder taps - light weight used ( but can skip the weights ) 10 taps each side
3- chest fly leg lift 15 reps
4- Russian twist with a press -45 seconds !
