I always say that sleep in one of the most important things that you can do if you want to be healthy and happy in your life.
Sleep, food and water are the basic stuff that you need to live a really healthy lifestyle.
I started using a sleeping mask around a year ago and my sleep improved a lot since then.
I highly recommend you to use a sleeping mask to improve your sleep, If you want to get it even better use earplugs to block all the unwanted noise during your beautiful sleep.
