Today I am back with a new set of photographs that I took for the Pilates instructors who always hire my services every time they give a class, at this point they already trust my eye and like how we work

Sometimes, you grow and realize the ways you have been living or coping with things aren't actually good for you so you have to change them

Disfrutando de la Experiencia del Pilates + Perreo Hello my beautiful people, welcome once again to my blog. I hope you are all well! Today I want to share with you an incredible experience I had in my

Halooo guys... How's your weekend going ? In this blog I will tell you How I spent my weekend. It was a breezy Sunday morning, with a thin layer of clouds over the sky, and the grass still damp with dew.
