I was looking through my uploads to see what was left to publish and this came up, wow, man i look tired, I mean the jump is decent but it looks like I am tired of doing it haha, I remember this night,

Working hard almost every night, thinking about the completeness of the motion, and the meaning of the changes in between "poses."

One video is a warm up with the Flower and the other is putting intention into the movement. The movements alone are not the technique but how you do them and where you put your mind when you do them.
