做外卖骑手的第三天，帅哥没有陪同，我自己去的，跑了两单罢工了，因为手机又没电了。本来想冲刺的，之前不是说完成32单有奖励嘛，我们两天跑了12单有效单量。 第三天了，也是活动期最后一日，但是帅哥不在没电没意思，充电宝在他那边，然后跑完两单我就回家歇菜了。后面洗漱完已经十点多了，我又突然想出去了，因为刚洗完头我不想吹头发，骑车出去兜两圈，又能挣几块钱又能吹头发，我觉得可太完美了。

第一次做骑手的时候没有经验，搞得胆战心惊的，手机没电之后就回来充电了，电充满之后我就带上耳机和充电器，还有钥匙和手机出门了，因为我没有外卖箱，又怕人家的东西弄丢了，找了一个大袋子我就拎着这些东西出门了。 我的目标是跑够10单，然后就可以休息了。但是理想是丰满的，现实却是骨感的。 出去之后，单量变少了，然后还找不到路，凭借着一张嘴到处问，然后找到了卖家和买家的地方，因为是一单一单送的，所以没有超时。

昨天去春游，回来的路上刚好和一个前辈坐在一起，然后她就和我聊起锻炼的事情，她说她以前也不锻炼，还得了肩周炎，腰痛也是常有的事。 后来她儿子说叫她跟他一起去跑步，然后还教她怎么热身，叫她喝温水什么的，然后她就跟着去跑步，从快步走开始，到跑圈，现在风雨无阻每天十圈，她儿子都不跑了，她还在坚持，她说现在肩周炎也没有了，腰也不痛了，而且还肉眼可见的苗条，以前一百三四斤，现在九十几，变化真的很大。

还记得之前Hive中文社区搞活动，我曾立下新年小目标，我要在2026年减重成功。现在离2027年，已经过去两个半月了，时间已经在不经意间悄悄溜走了，而我的减肥计划仍然停滞不前，甚至我的体重也是只增不减。

家人们，救命啊😭昨天下班就点了外卖，是前一天没有吃到的鸡排，刚好到楼下，外卖小哥就也同步到达，一开始我看时间显示还有十几分钟才到，结果发信息给他他说已经到了，所以我不用先回家再下来拿外卖，就刚好一起拿上去了。 回到家我就煮了包菜，蒸了两个包子，然后就开始吃鸡排，吃的七七八八那个包菜也熟了包子也热好了，但是包子已经吃不下了，吃完那点包菜晚餐就够够了。

今天睡到了十点半才行，睡醒之后洗漱，然后煮了米粉吃。刚准备煮粉，就下起了雨。本来约好了12点去游泳，这下看来要推迟了。 由于没有什么食材，家里的鸡蛋放了好久都没有吃，买一版鸡蛋估计吃了有两个月了，要不是放在冰箱可能早就坏掉了。能吃的也就鸡蛋和米粉了，那鸡蛋米粉就是当下最佳搭配。但是想起之前做的水煮鸡蛋米粉，煮出来鸡蛋都成蛋花了，已经找不到完整的鸡蛋。

昨晚在淘宝闪购订了晚饭，在单位那里就订了可以直接送到目的地不用我去拿，然后到了之后下班就开吃，非常方便，吃饱我就骑车回家了，回家歇了一会就按原计划和小伙伴一起去跑步。
