昨日のこと、夫の友人からたくさんの枝豆が届きました。 春には玉ねぎとじゃがいもを、これまた大量に届けてくれる人です。 朝起きると、夫が枝豆の下処理をしていました。 さやの両端をちゃんとハサミで切り落としています。 よくできました💮💮 洗い桶に入れて、塩を振りかけ良く揉んで かなりの量なので、大鍋にたっぷりのお湯を沸かして茹でます。 茹で上がった豆に更に塩を振ってまんべんなく馴染ませ、冷まします。
